McDonald's in Frankenberg

The restaurant itself is very nice and the food is excellent, however, things are often missing when you order, which is a shame in such an extraordinarily great restaurant Nevertheless, I am always happy to eat there anew because it is just so delicious Super company keep it up😃👍🏻

As with the others, forgot all sauces again and again. Lately there was a wrong burger in a voucher. Meanwhile I collect vouchers from the boss personally for countless normal burgers, drinks and soft ice cream ..... At least that works after a complaint. It's a shame that it only works over the line and nobody at the checkout really understands or wants to understand that something is missing or wrong ...... The missing BIG MAC quickly becomes a wrap or large fries / ice cream as compensation ... ...

I wanted to order something from the McDrive. Out of sheer friendliness, I said "Hello" when I drove into the McDrive, then I had to let the wait staff nag me so that they should at least have the time to press the button. I just meant it nice and friendly. Even when I started ordering when I still had to get my voucher out, I was repeatedly complained about. I know very well that the waitresses or salespeople have it difficult and tiring these days, but you shouldn't vent your mood on other customers who obviously didn't mean anything bad. (I even said that I just wanted to say "hello" nicely.) With such an unfriendly service, I prefer to take the trip to Winterberg or Marburg.

A very important tip: It is essential to check the goods for completeness upon receipt! It happened to me here, but only here, for the repeated time that 1-2 parts were missing. It's funny that this only occurs in Frankenberg and not in other branches. If at least something wrong had been packed ... and go back and complain is not worth it. So ... open your eyes when buying a bag, always check it first.

Food is good the older woman at the mc dreif is really too old for this work, doesn't understand anything and you can't order in peace because she always calls you to the front

And again the ice machine was cleaned far too early! That pisses me off. Especially where the warm temperatures are now and you spontaneously feel like ice. You have to get ice cream until the end!

Could be better if there were no flies everywhere and maybe a trashcan so people who exit can trow the junk away other than that there was a lovely lady with a jacket who helped as if we were the queen of England .

Good and pretty fast service. The store itself is kind of on the old side though. No easy order for example.
